“Milenrrama”(Achillea millefolium) has a primordial place in our working scheme with vegetal extractions. 5 years ago, we begin a slowly reduction of the use of mineral sulphur in the vineyards, until the last two campaigns, in which the dose of sulphur was cero.
Components with sulphur extracted from “Allo( Garlic)” and “Milenrrama”(Achillea Millefolium). During the first part of the campaign until the flowering the sulfur is extracted from the “Allo”, and in the following applications is always from “Milenrrama”. In 2011 and 2012 with a great drought in Galicia, we experimented with “Millenrrama” its capacity to reduce or limit the stress in the vineyards. The results were really good, specially combined with Nettle and “Consolda”. During the big drought periods, the use of the plants consists in cold tisanes of 24 hours with a big volume of water to spray it over the vineyard.
